Photoshoot

A custom photoshoot was centered around a couple's journey through the buying experience. It was important to highlight amenities, expectations, and feelings of this elite ownership. I planned the shot list, directed the photos, scouted and selected locations, and hired talent.

Ad Campaign

The ad campaign for The Ritz-Carlton, Paradise Valley was crafted with a focus on luxury and location. Our goal was to enhance the upscale ambiance of the brand and highlight the exclusivity associated with the Paradise Valley zip code.

Website

The site needed to retain the premium feel of The Ritz-Carlton but have a unique identity as well. We wanted it to be simple, yet informative and allow potential clients to get a feeling for this elite ownership.

The Vision Invite

This marked the inaugural piece in a series of printed materials designed to captivate high-end global clients. Functioning as a customized invitation, it symbolized the commencement of the sales journey and offered a glimpse into the experience of the residential homesites and the exclusive zip code.

The gatefold was printed on premium cardstock with silver metallic ink and a gloss spot varnish to evoke a sense of luxury. The outer envelope featured a soft satin-like texture with a silver-embossed residences logo.

The Discovery Book

Potential owners received this beauty book following the sales center presentation. The discovery book centered on the experience primarily through photography with minimal text.

Custom-bound, it featured premium interior pages with vibrant colors accentuated by an aqueous coating. The cover boasted a silver-embossed logo and was elegantly presented in a high-quality, jewelry-like box with a silk interior.

The Homesite Preview

This served as the concluding collateral piece in the purchasing journey, offering a detailed exploration of the entire hotel and residential site, complete with individual floor plans and renderings.

The homesite preview was presented in a bound book featuring a premium velvet cover adorned with a silver-embossed logo. The interior pages maintained a consistent style from previous collateral, incorporating silver ink, aqueous coating on photos, and a custom sleeve made from Touche cardstock.
